Academic Partnership Engagement Experiment (APEX) organizational and workforce development services offer expert human capital and workforce development consulting, workshop facilitation and organizational development methods that are focused on increasing academic and industry engagement and partnerships with the Department of the Air Force.

Organizational diagnosis - a holistic framework for diagnosing and then building healthy organizations with clients throughout the APEX footprint, which aligns with DoD and Department of the Air Force priorities
Change management - the tools, techniques and processes that inform, influence and execute a change within an organization
Human capital - the people element of an organization, including talent management and workforce (including technical, leadership and business) development
Personnel exchange programs - enable researcher and practitioner exchanges between academia, industry, and government (particularly DoD and DAF) through formal agreements between parties
Mentorship opportunities - a program modeled after the National Science Foundation’s Innovation Corps and Industry-University Collaborative Research Centers
