HOW THE PROCESS WORKS: APEX has anonymized the information below due to the competitive nature of the solicitations and proposal environment. If you find an interest, please contact Michael Bianco using the input form below. Include the APEX assigned number or list of numbers to which you want to be introduced. The table columns designate whether the organization seeking a partner is a company or a university and the kind of organization sought for a partnership. The table also includes a technology description of what the advertising organization brings to the table (technology brought) and what the advertising organization seeks in a partner (technology sought) as well as the technical competencies of the desired partner. Once you respond with the APEX assigned number(s) you are interested in meeting, we will review the request with the researcher seeking a partner and get their approval to release additional information to both parties and connect the two of you to explore a collaboration. Once we connect parties, we leave it up to you to discuss if interests, objectives, and capabilities are aligned.

65 Small Business Research Institute Partner (University, College, FFRDC, etc.) Cyber-phyiscal system modeling and simulation. To date our work has been used in 1) morphing aerostructures and blade design, namely, an active morphing blade controlled in real-time and designed to change it's blade profile as wind speed changes and 2) a cyber-phyiscal-social model to merge the technical management of microgrids with the social management of the users. 1) Advise on appropriate deep learning architecture that may be relevant for the problem.
2) Provide high and mid-level reviews of custom architecture design choices and reviewing any significant deviations from machine learning best practice (i.e., assisting in determining if the node-to-layer ratio of the network is too high/low).
3) Assist to adapt the current prototype model framework currently in development by Atrevida to one of the more common modeling architectures, such as Keras on Tensorflow or PyTorch and develop a set of instructions on how to convert these models to ONNX or TensorFlow Lite format for ease of deployment.
4) Assist Atrevida with the selection of low-power, high-throughput machine learning edge devices that are designed to accelerate edge performance and increase performance. In the case of the morphing aerostructures example, it pertains to the turbine blades against target performance metrics as well as hardware to be procured which may include re-designed turbine blades and associated hardware and the component hardware to be used to construct a test stand that will be used to evaluate the performance of the redesigned wind turbine blade system.
