Academic Partnership Engagement Experiment (APEX) education and training services include client-focused learning solutions and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC). The content of these services is scalable, can be provided virtually and aim to educate an organization's workforce and/or individuals of academia about Department of the Air Force partnership opportunities supporting science and technology development for the warfighter.
Client-focused learning solutions - Tailored learning solutions for individuals, teams and organizations to meet their near and long-term client needs
MOOC - Video and web-based content on Department of the Air Force's Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs and additional topics of utility tailored for the academic and small business communities. The MOOC is free of charge. You are welcome to take all modules in the MOOC (and if you do so and pass the knowledge check, you’ll get a formal certification). However, enrollment into Learning Hub does not require that you watch the full suite of videos. Instead, you may elect to visit specific modules on topics that are of interest to you.
