HOW THE PROCESS WORKS: APEX has anonymized the information below due to the competitive nature of the solicitations and proposal environment. If you find an interest, please contact Michael Bianco using the input form below. Include the APEX assigned number or list of numbers to which you want to be introduced. The table columns designate whether the organization seeking a partner is a company or a university and the kind of organization sought for a partnership. The table also includes a technology description of what the advertising organization brings to the table (technology brought) and what the advertising organization seeks in a partner (technology sought) as well as the technical competencies of the desired partner. Once you respond with the APEX assigned number(s) you are interested in meeting, we will review the request with the researcher seeking a partner and get their approval to release additional information to both parties and connect the two of you to explore a collaboration. Once we connect parties, we leave it up to you to discuss if interests, objectives, and capabilities are aligned.

115 Small Business I am offering my expertise to those in need The iAI Tech has expertise in AI (Video Analytics/Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition/Machine Learning/Deep Learning) for R&D and system deployment:
For the past five years, we have been working on video analytics R&D projects sponsored by NJDOT and NSF for traffic incident detection, traffic volume counting, traffic congestion management, and pedestrian detection.
Since 2021, we have been exploring the possibility of field deployment of our smart traffic video analytics systems for NJDOT, and demonstration projects for pedestrian and vehicle detection, counting, and classification for New Jersey (NJ) Transit. Some details/demo results of our systems are shown below using hundreds of real traffic videos from NJDOT, NJ Transit, South Korea, as well as videos from field deployment. All these videos are acquired in real world environments with challenging factors such as adverse illumination and weather conditions. Smart Traffic Video Analytics (STVA) system for automatic traffic volume counting for improving public transportation safety (supported by NJDOT).

15 Small Business I am offering my expertise to those in need The U.S. Combatant Commands require within the Force Protection & Medical category the need to provide “far-forward, remote/austere tactical combat casualty care/prolonged field care,” “to extend the golden hour,” and to provide “rapid response to pandemic influenza/infectious disease occurrences. MustER meets this need with a rapidly deployable, self-contained expeditionary medical treatment center designed to incorporate health care delivery modernization into the DOD Power. Equally important, MustER will serve as a support multiplier as part of the Military-Civilian National Disaster Medical System (NDMS) to care for our Nation’s casualties by increasing medical surge capabilities during a national emergency such as a mass casualty incident or pandemic. MustER, on the other hand, supports the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) in preventing the spread of infectious diseases by providing rapid delivery of emergency medical care to those in need around the world in areas where there is no infrastructure as part of future humanitarian aid missions. 74 Small Business Both small business and/or research institute The Venspirator™ FR (First Responder) is an Automated Pressure-Controlled
Resuscitation Device for First Responders that will allow for continuous automated
ventilation from point of injury in the field, to transport by helicopter and ambulance, to
arrival at hospitals. Current methods for transport ventilation involve the complete
detaching of a patient from an oxygen source to transfer to another oxygen source. The
Venspirator™ FR is the opportunity to increase survival in the field by eliminating those
critical seconds where a patient is off of oxygen while also eliminating bag-resuscitation.
Being lightweight with small “fit in your hand” portability, and ability to run without
electricity, our technology is able to provide more critical care with less resources.
