HOW THE PROCESS WORKS: APEX has anonymized the information below due to the competitive nature of the solicitations and proposal environment. If you find an interest, please contact Michael Bianco using the input form below. Include the APEX assigned number or list of numbers to which you want to be introduced. The table columns designate whether the organization seeking a partner is a company or a university and the kind of organization sought for a partnership. The table also includes a technology description of what the advertising organization brings to the table (technology brought) and what the advertising organization seeks in a partner (technology sought) as well as the technical competencies of the desired partner. Once you respond with the APEX assigned number(s) you are interested in meeting, we will review the request with the researcher seeking a partner and get their approval to release additional information to both parties and connect the two of you to explore a collaboration. Once we connect parties, we leave it up to you to discuss if interests, objectives, and capabilities are aligned.

APEX assigned number Organization type Sort descending Type of partner being sought Technology and/or capabilities brought into the proposal Technology and/or capabilities sought in a partner or subcontractor Areas of technical competence requested in a partner or subcontractor What component or agency are you interested in?

111 Small Business Research Institute Partner (University, College, FFRDC, etc.) We have developed a proof-of-concept AI pipeline to decode cryptic ground evidence, potentially of interest to the USAF for surveillance and security. Our unclassified dataset could serve as a source for transfer learning and we have access to almost unlimited further data. Our algorithms are providing increasingly robust classification and inference for our current application area. We have started UAV trials for data collection and on-board inference as an edge capability for the pipeline. We are looking for a partner with capabilities in computer vision, particularly in classifying obscure or cryptic objects in images, software engineering and UAV-pipeline integration across different sensor modalities for a rapid-response image classification system. 109 Small Business I am offering my expertise to those in need We develop and implement geospatial data solutions, geospatial database architecture, and data management. We have experience working within a variety of industries including UAS, precision agriculture, natural resources, construction, and more. We specialize in GIS data, remote sensing data, photogrammetry, thermal data, Esri-based web application solutions, and geospatial database design and implementation. 108 Small Business Both small business and/or research institute A basewad attached case design cartridge that expells the case downrange thus illuminating ejection cycle. The friction is greatly reduced as the metal Projectile rides on the rifled bore I.D. and the plastic basewad case creates a Bore seal behind the Projectile and rotates it. The hollow center of the Projectile being Supercharged with chamber gasses that are metered through the basewad metering hole then Supercharges the Projectile and making it a simple machine that uses the gasses In a powerexchange to blow off the basewad case and continue to accelerate as it leaves the bore. This is a ideal Tank round or 20mm round as well as a submachine gun round. The friction is greatly reduced allowing rapid fire of rifled barreles and Tank barrels as allowed in smooth bore tank guns prior but delivering rifled barrel accuracy. The illumination of ejection makes all guns more reliable. Gun requirements are modified chamber for inline bore and a modified bolt with electric ignition. Also heavy barrel porting prior to Projectile and case separation at the end of the barrel. A expert in Projectile technologies and gun or ammunition manufacturing. Knowledge of federal and military testing facilities and tank ammunition testing as well as ammunition testing and manufacturing. Military supply DOD contractor for weapons technologies. This technology is patented. Other, A caseless reduced friction supercharged accelerating projectile that by design illiminates ejection of spent cartridge case. The basewad case is shot out the barrel downrange. . Air Force, Space Force, Army, Navy, DoD Other (DARPA, DLA, USSOCOM, etc.)

103 Small Business Both small business and/or research institute We’ve developed a circuit generator that takes a NN model of any popular framework and converts it into a low powered parallel pipeline circuit. The circuit comes in the form of a bit stream ready to be instantiated on an FPGA. However, the resulting circuit is not an instruction processor. That is, it will not execute instructions (in the classic von Neumann sense). It does not use RAM and is not burdened by shared resources or overhead as processors are. Instead, every node, layer and weight has a dedicated set of gates in the circuit--it puts the whole algorithm (as is) in the circuit. As a result, we are seeing power reductions of 90% over a conventional GPU. As such the circuit is as computationally efficient as physics will allow. Regardless of the complexity of the model, the parallel pipeline circuit ingests data at the frame rate of the sensor. Research has shown capability of 480fps for HD video. We are seeking companies and/or research institutions that develop AI/ML algorithms and desire to improve frame rate, lower power and reduce latency. We would like to team with organizations who have expertise in one or more of the following: EO/IR object detection and tracking, cognitive EW, neural network defined radios, and/or optics and sensing. AI/ML, Control Systems, Data Analytics, Machine Design, Microelectronic design, Night Vision, Position/Navigation and Timing, Robotics, Sense and Avoid Air Force, Space Force, Army, Navy, DoD Other (DARPA, DLA, USSOCOM, etc.), Non-DoD (Dept. of Energy, NASA, NSF, etc.)
102 Small Business Both small business and/or research institute Onboard machine learning-based data processing platform for satellites and other space vessels. Seeking satellite manufacturers, integrators, and operators, as well as sensor manufacturers. Advanced Communications, AI/ML, Autonomy, Big Data, Control Systems, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Flight Control, Networking and Network Infrastructure, Night Vision, Power management, Robotics, Sense and Avoid, Software Development, UAS, Aircraft, Aero design Air Force, Space Force, Army, Navy, DoD Other (DARPA, DLA, USSOCOM, etc.), Non-DoD (Dept. of Energy, NASA, NSF, etc.)
