HOW THE PROCESS WORKS: APEX has anonymized the information below due to the competitive nature of the solicitations and proposal environment. If you find an interest, please contact Michael Bianco using the input form below. Include the APEX assigned number or list of numbers to which you want to be introduced. The table columns designate whether the organization seeking a partner is a company or a university and the kind of organization sought for a partnership. The table also includes a technology description of what the advertising organization brings to the table (technology brought) and what the advertising organization seeks in a partner (technology sought) as well as the technical competencies of the desired partner. Once you respond with the APEX assigned number(s) you are interested in meeting, we will review the request with the researcher seeking a partner and get their approval to release additional information to both parties and connect the two of you to explore a collaboration. Once we connect parties, we leave it up to you to discuss if interests, objectives, and capabilities are aligned.

APEX assigned number Organization type Sort descending Type of partner being sought Technology and/or capabilities brought into the proposal Technology and/or capabilities sought in a partner or subcontractor Areas of technical competence requested in a partner or subcontractor What component or agency are you interested in?

133 Small Business I am offering my expertise to those in need We focus on delivering mission-critical data with speed, security, reliability, and cost efficiency. data from A to B is telecommunication, and data from past to future is storage. We develop novel data coding, encryption and compression algorithms to recover any data error or loss during the delivery process, to detect & prevent any data tampering, and to ensure 100% data integrity. Many use cases include anti-scintillation SatCom, Cyber-resilient flight/Drone control systems, swift data transmission over internet over UDP with TCP-like reliability, scalable and ultra-reliable cloud storage & data fabric. Our solutions are software defined, platform/hardware agnostic, support >100 Gbps coding throughput, with SWaP. We are looking for system integrator who can utilize our novel coding technology to solve the real-world problems. 115 Small Business I am offering my expertise to those in need The iAI Tech has expertise in AI (Video Analytics/Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition/Machine Learning/Deep Learning) for R&D and system deployment:
For the past five years, we have been working on video analytics R&D projects sponsored by NJDOT and NSF for traffic incident detection, traffic volume counting, traffic congestion management, and pedestrian detection.
Since 2021, we have been exploring the possibility of field deployment of our smart traffic video analytics systems for NJDOT, and demonstration projects for pedestrian and vehicle detection, counting, and classification for New Jersey (NJ) Transit. Some details/demo results of our systems are shown below using hundreds of real traffic videos from NJDOT, NJ Transit, South Korea, as well as videos from field deployment. All these videos are acquired in real world environments with challenging factors such as adverse illumination and weather conditions. Smart Traffic Video Analytics (STVA) system for automatic traffic volume counting for improving public transportation safety (supported by NJDOT).
