HOW THE PROCESS WORKS: APEX has anonymized the information below due to the competitive nature of the solicitations and proposal environment. If you find an interest, please contact Michael Bianco using the input form below. Include the APEX assigned number or list of numbers to which you want to be introduced. The table columns designate whether the organization seeking a partner is a company or a university and the kind of organization sought for a partnership. The table also includes a technology description of what the advertising organization brings to the table (technology brought) and what the advertising organization seeks in a partner (technology sought) as well as the technical competencies of the desired partner. Once you respond with the APEX assigned number(s) you are interested in meeting, we will review the request with the researcher seeking a partner and get their approval to release additional information to both parties and connect the two of you to explore a collaboration. Once we connect parties, we leave it up to you to discuss if interests, objectives, and capabilities are aligned.

33 Small Business Both small business and/or research institute My company is working on a few projects that entail building an integrated AI/ML solutions that we have proposed to the Airforce and other government agencies. One of the projects we are working on is - An AI platform that leverages machine learning and deep learning model development that can help draw intelligence from publicly available data, private data silos, in-motion images, and sensors to generate real-time domain-specific intelligence for human to machine and machine to machine interfaces. Applications are in areas such as - population surveillance, social-performance, digital twins, threat detection, and situational awareness. We are looking for partners who have advanced, and possibly PhD level, capabilities in the areas of AI/ML especially in the fields of advanced machine learning systems, deep learning, natural language, streaming analytics, semantic systems, distributed sensor systems, digital twins, parallel multi-media processing, and intelligence applications. Experience working with defense contracts and SBIR/STTR is required. We are also looking for these small business, research, and academia partners to collaborate with us contracts with other agencies and commercial users. 113 Small Business Both small business and/or research institute We are bringing our data analysis and AI/ML capabilities and expertise into the proposal. We will be utilizing our skillsets in areas such as supervised , unsupervised and reinforcement learning to build systems that transform lives. We will be looking to partner or subcontract for any organization looking to apply data analysis, machine learning and artificial intelligence to solve their problems. 103 Small Business Both small business and/or research institute We’ve developed a circuit generator that takes a NN model of any popular framework and converts it into a low powered parallel pipeline circuit. The circuit comes in the form of a bit stream ready to be instantiated on an FPGA. However, the resulting circuit is not an instruction processor. That is, it will not execute instructions (in the classic von Neumann sense). It does not use RAM and is not burdened by shared resources or overhead as processors are. Instead, every node, layer and weight has a dedicated set of gates in the circuit--it puts the whole algorithm (as is) in the circuit. As a result, we are seeing power reductions of 90% over a conventional GPU. As such the circuit is as computationally efficient as physics will allow. Regardless of the complexity of the model, the parallel pipeline circuit ingests data at the frame rate of the sensor. Research has shown capability of 480fps for HD video. We are seeking companies and/or research institutions that develop AI/ML algorithms and desire to improve frame rate, lower power and reduce latency. We would like to team with organizations who have expertise in one or more of the following: EO/IR object detection and tracking, cognitive EW, neural network defined radios, and/or optics and sensing. AI/ML, Control Systems, Data Analytics, Machine Design, Microelectronic design, Night Vision, Position/Navigation and Timing, Robotics, Sense and Avoid Air Force, Space Force, Army, Navy, DoD Other (DARPA, DLA, USSOCOM, etc.), Non-DoD (Dept. of Energy, NASA, NSF, etc.)
