On behalf of U.S. Space Forces Indo-Pacific (USSPACEFOR-INDOPAC), and through the U.S. Air Force Academic Partnership Engagement Experiment (APEX) Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA) operated by Parallax Advanced Research, in collaboration with Pacific Impact Zone (PIZ) and VertX Partners, we are seeking innovative, commercial, low-cost Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) solutions to support planning for Valiant Shield 2026, a major joint/combined exercise conducted by U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM).
USSPACEFOR-INDOPAC is seeking low-cost, commercially available space-based data platforms and providers that provide downward-looking ISR data and services in support of Valiant Shield 2026. These platforms should enable rapid access to actionable data in contested environments and be capable of direct integration into Joint ISR frameworks.
Preference will be given to vendors that can demonstrate immediate or near-term availability, affordability, and the ability to integrate outputs with USSPACEFOR-INDOPAC’s operational concepts.
Solutions should be ready for limited demonstration or operational experimentation during the Valiant Shield 2026 planning and exercise phases.
We will be holding a virtual ask-me-anything session on Friday, 05 September at 0900 / 1200 / 1500 HST / PST / EST which will also cover the submission process.
