Event Details
During this sprint, leaders will explore the ideal goal of developing future leadership within the U.S. Space Force. Participants will examine a Guardian career from initial training at BMT, through separation or retirement. Leaders will develop a blueprint to develop Guardians who are well-rounded with the leadership skills, education, and depth of experience necessary for success aligned with the current curriculum. We are seeking partners with the following relevant knowledge/expertise for this event:
