Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's (AFLCMC) Life Cycle Industry Days (LCID) and Air Force Research Lab’s (AFRL) Wright Dialogue with Industry (WDI) will take place within the same week. Both events will be co-hosted with DaytonDefense and hosted at the Dayton Convention Center. LCID and WDI will remain standalone events; the events are aligned in one week as to gain efficiencies in the sharing of information, collaboration and discussion.
The Air Force is dedicated to strengthening its collaboration with industry. Our partnerships are crucial, as they open the door to joint ventures and innovation opportunities that harness the strengths of both sectors and focus our way and address emerging threats. Streamlining acquisition and enhancing sustainment capabilities are key priorities along with ensuring industry partners find it easier to work with the Air Force. These efforts collectively contribute to a robust, modernized force ready to meet the challenges of the future.
